The bills have gone to the post office. If you do not receive your bill by the 10th please contact the office.

We had a computer glitch that did not post approximately 130 payments. Ifyou receive a Late Notice and made your payment between the 10th and 13th please contact the office so Amanda can verify that the payment has been corrected.

The Water Bills are due on the 20th of every month. That Due date does not change. If you do not receive a bill you are still resposible. We will make a post every month when we mail the bills. We do not work for the Post Office once we take the bills to the Post Office their delivery is out of our hands. We recomend that if you do not have your bill by the 7th of each month to contact the office for the amount and / or a reprinted statement. There will not be any adjustments removing late fees.

We had and issue come up that we have had similar issues but not specific issues come up. To further protect our system and our employees. From here on out if an address changes or a request for service termination from a member will have to be done by all parties thar are on an account and the request will from now on will require a notary signatures of all parties.
