Clarification on increases
July 31, 2025
The alert yesterday pertained to the cost of establishing new construction service. The cost of getting a new meter installed is going from $3150.00 to $7100.00. This increase will help pay for any upgrades that the system has to make to continue to have enough capacity on the system for new customers. However the City of Corsicana will be raising our rates at the start of October. To compensate for this increase the monthly rates will increase on the bills that will go out at the end of October. This increase will be as follows. The base rate will increase from $31.00 to $32.00. The per thousand gallons rate of 1000-30000 gallons will increase from $7.95 to $8.75 per thousand gallons. The per thousand gallons that is over the 30000 gallon mark will increase from $8.75 to $9.50 per thousand gallons.

Billing
March 10, 2025
The Water Bills are due on the 20th of every month. That Due date does not change. If you do not receive a bill you are still resposible. We will make a post every month when we mail the bills. We do not work for the Post Office once we take the bills to the Post Office their delivery is out of our hands. We recomend that if you do not have your bill by the 7th of each month to contact the office for the amount and / or a reprinted statement. There will not be any adjustments removing late fees.
Service discontinuance or address changes
December 19, 2024
We had and issue come up that we have had similar issues but not specific issues come up. To further protect our system and our employees. From here on out if an address changes or a request for service termination from a member will have to be done by all parties thar are on an account and the request will from now on will require a notary signatures of all parties.
